Intercultural
gastronomic activities

"Migrant kitchens seeks to give visibility to the different gastronomic cultures of the migrant communities of Valencia oriented to the construction of a community around the gastronomic meeting based on a series of activities: training workshops, meetings, public meetings, research and publication, seeking to generate models of business, social cohesion and intercultural dialogue.

For this, we have the participation of small establishments (restaurants, shops, markets) and with local entities, initiatives and projects around the development of economic, social and cultural aspects of gastronomy & migration. "
