What is Gastro Genius Lab?
Gastro Genius Lab proposes to the children to develop different CHALLENGES teams, proposed by companies and institutions in the food sector.
To achieve this, they must go through different phases that enhance their CREATIVITY, their capacity to BUILD and their COMMUNICATION skills.
We will also receive many protagonists from the world of business, society, culture and sport that will leave us unforgettable experiences so that, through example and GAME.
The EXPERIENCE on campus is very enriching for them, but above all it is FUN.
How will we do it?
Participants will design, prototype and perform a project that meets a social need related to food.
The steps that we will follow to achieve it:
1. THINKING: ideation through creativity dynamics
2. MAKING: prototyping of the projects in a “manufacturing laboratory”
3. PITCHING: presentation of the projects in a final show with awards
4. COOKING: The participants will elaborate their own daily food
Who will be with the children?
A team of professionals with profiles in leisure and child promotion, pedagogy, business and communication. Will be the ones who will accompany the teams. In addition, we will receive specialized mentors according to the phase in which we are in each project.
